The hotel is clean and pleasant, offers good location central in the Old Town. The room is fantastic and well decorated with a balcony. It has both excellent and affable staff. Overall great food, plus there is Cafeteria Bar Nacional close by.

It was very clean, the showers worked well and the air conditioning too.
I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and I even tried downstairs. This was extremely disappointing for me because I needed to connect. The breakfast had a lot of selection but not many that I liked.

it was in the old town of benidorm it was near beach and near the shops and bars.the staff were helpful and friendly the rooms were clean and the price was good
no pool but u can use the one next door but that not very big and dont get much sun,but saying that with all the tower blocks in benidorm the beach is the best place for sun

Everything was adequate for the money. Airconditioning worked when needed. Good quality patio-doors kept out street sounds well.

Was the inclusive breakfast offerings. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, which greatly enhanced our experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from both the beach and the bustling shops of the old town.

A dozen steep steps into hotel which makes it difficult with heavy suitcase or wheelchair.
